Xtagrams is built for public conversation, community discovery, direct interaction, and creator publishing. By using the service, you agree to use your account lawfully, keep your login secure, and avoid impersonation, fraud, harassment, or abuse.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including posts, replies, messages, follows, profile details, and media uploads.

You keep ownership of the text, photos, video, audio, links, and other media you publish on Xtagrams.

Xtagrams needs a limited license to host, process, display, distribute, and recommend that content so it can appear in feeds, search, profiles, embeds, safety reviews, and product surfaces.

We may limit reach, add warnings, remove content, or suspend accounts when behavior threatens user safety, platform integrity, legal compliance, or community trust.

Spam, coordinated manipulation, hateful conduct, non-consensual exposure, malicious impersonation, and repeated abuse can lead to permanent restrictions.

Xtagrams may offer creator, business, ads, verification, or premium features with additional rules or eligibility checks.

We may update the service, rename features, change eligibility, or discontinue tools when we need to improve safety, quality, or operations.

The following Plan Policy applies to all paid plans, subscriptions, and plan-related benefits offered through Xtagrams.

All paid plans and plan-related features may be used only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and any applicable policies, guidelines, or platform rules published by Xtagrams from time to time. You may not use any paid plan to publish, distribute, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage in content or conduct that is unlawful, prohibited, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, or otherwise inconsistent with the permitted use of the Services.

If Xtagrams determines, in its sole but reasonable discretion, that any content, activity, or use of a paid plan violates applicable law, these Terms, or any applicable platform policy, Xtagrams may remove, restrict, disable, or permanently take down the relevant content without prior notice where appropriate.

You may not obtain, attempt to obtain, extend, increase, manipulate, or misuse any plan, plan entitlement, quota, feature, access right, pricing benefit, or subscription status by means of fraud, deception, technical manipulation, exploit, circumvention, automation, false information, account misuse, coordinated abuse, or any other unfair or unauthorized method. Any attempt to artificially increase plan benefits, evade plan limitations, or acquire plan access through dishonest or improper means constitutes a material violation of these Terms.

Where Xtagrams reasonably suspects or determines that a violation has occurred, Xtagrams reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any enforcement action it deems necessary to protect the Services, users, business operations, or legal interests of Xtagrams. Such action may include, without limitation:

i. removal of content;

ii. limitation or suspension of specific platform features;

iii. revocation of plan benefits or entitlements;

iv. cancellation of current or pending plan access;

v. suspension of the relevant account; and

vi. permanent termination of the relevant account.

For serious, repeated, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful violations, Xtagrams may permanently terminate the relevant account without further obligation to continue service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if any paid plan, plan benefit, or account is suspended, cancelled, revoked, or terminated as a result of your violation of applicable law, these Terms, or any applicable platform policy, or as a result of fraud, abuse, circumvention, manipulation, or deceptive acquisition of plan benefits, all fees paid shall be non-refundable. In such circumstances, any unused portion of the paid term may be forfeited, and Xtagrams shall have no obligation to provide any refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement.

Xtagrams reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Plan Policy and may preserve relevant records, logs, transaction data, and account information as reasonably necessary for security, enforcement, dispute handling, legal compliance, or cooperation with law enforcement authorities, regulators, payment providers, or other appropriate third parties.

Xtagrams's failure or delay in exercising any right under this Plan Policy shall not operate as a waiver of that right or of any other rights available under these Terms or applicable law.

This Plan Policy supplements, and does not limit, any other rights or remedies available to Xtagrams under these Terms, applicable platform policies, or applicable law.
